Tenderised natural pieces of pineapple cut squid with a well balanced salt & pepper coating

Cooking Instructions:

Deep Frying - Preheat oil to 180c and deep fry from frozen for approx 2-3 minutes Convection Oven - preheat oven to 220c and place on a baking tray for 9-11 minutes.....for best results turn over after 5 minutes
